  • SingTel, M1 and Starhub network users will be charged S$ 0.60 cents (excluding GST) for every vote via Short Message Service (SMS) or Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS).
  • Multiple voting is accepted.
  • Pre-paid mobile users are not allowed to vote.
  • Voters under the age of 18 years old are advised to seek parental consent.
